Course Structure
The qualification consists of one unit, Unit MSW1: Identifying and Managing Workplace Stressors, which is divided into three elements
- Element 1 – Key Principles of Managing Stress at Work
- Element 2 – Identification of Risk
- Element 3 – Implementing Interventions
Assessment
The assessment for Unit MSW1 is a multiple-choice assessment completed at the end of the course. Learners are presented with a realistic workplace scenario and answer multiple-choice questions focused on the principles learnt throughout the course. The assessment is approximately 60 minutes and is marked during the day of the course
